Introduction to Wine and Terminology

This is a basic introduction into what wine terminolgy is, what certain descriptors mean and how you can identify a wine as typical or atypical based solely on the labelling. Disclaimer: As winemaking is a deeply personal artistic expression there is no one size fits all that can be used to describe any specific wines, however the terminology is mostly the same worldwide and there are standardisations that will be described more in some of the other courses.
